The Talea Cheese Academy was born in the heart of the Vallo di Diano, in Atena Lucana, Salerno: a dairy training school that blends tradition and innovation.

For enthusiasts, we also offer amateur courses focused on small-scale cheese production, tailored for families, tourists, children, and seniors, providing a unique and engaging experience. In addition to courses, we organize tasting events in collaboration with associations and entities in the gastronomic sector, focusing on dairy products and other regional excellences.
